Can somebody shout Halleluyah! This is so inspiring. Nine years after Claudette Cook was told that she would never have children due to her age, the Alabama woman gave birth to healthy twin boys – at age 60. Cook started fertility treatments last fall, and found out she was pregnant earlier this year.
“It is so awesome, it’s was like, ‘Oh my goodness, I’ve got TWO in here!’ ” Cook told WAFF News. “And then we kept looking at the ultrasounds, and my husband kept taking pictures.”
On Sunday, one month before her due date, Cook delivered the fraternal twins, both weighing 5 lbs. via Caesarian section.
